Below are our rates.
We do NOT charge the current 10% loading fee the NDIS has incorporated due to COVID-19.
We do not require NDIS Service Agreements, however if you would like one, please let us know.
NDIS Self Management Training and Other NDIS Mentoring

* NDIS Self Management Training and Mentoring - We help you navigate the world of self management.
However, we can also help with...
* NDIS Application Services – We help you as you apply for the NDIS, including the do’s and don’t’s of filling out forms, information on how to write reports for your therapists, and generally ensuring you are on the right track.
* NDIS Planning Meeting Preparation - We help you prepare for those very important (and sometimes scary) planning meetings!
* NDIS Plan Maximisation Service - We help you to squeeze every drop out of your NDIS plan.
NDIS funding – An invoice will be sent to you with the following information for you to give to your plan manager if you are Plan Managed, or for you to pay directly if you are already Self Managed: Assistance with daily life 01_134_0117_8_1 Self-Management Capacity Building.
Emails taking less than five minutes to reply to are free.
Emails after your initial consultation, and taking more than five minutes to complete, will be charged per email (up to 20 minutes processing time). Emails requiring more than 20 minutes to process will be charged accordingly.

COVID-19 INFORMATION: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are restricting our services to Skype/Zoom sessions only (and email). We are also experiencing a high volume of inquiries, so please be patient with us. We endeavor to reply to emails within 24 hours (excluding weekends), however this may not always be possible.
We understand that some people have limited funding in their NDIS plans. If you need help to maximise your NDIS budget, we also offer that service (see above).
We do not offer Pro Bono work – we are a small home-based business built by a family who is currently receiving Centrelink Income Support (and hopes to one day, not to). Our time is as valuable as anyone’s – please respect this. If you do need our services, and seriously can’t pay, talk to us. In most cases, I am sure we can work something out.
